The Baytown Little Theater will present the comedy Love Letters, by A. R. Gurney, in a special presentation. Reserved seat, priced at $15.00 each, for two performances, Friday, October 19, at 8:00 PM, and Sunday, October 21, at 2:30 PM, are available for purchase online at BLT’s box office portal via this link, or from the menu above at “Buy Tickets”.
The play Love Letters, first performed at the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut, was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. This special offering is directed by Saundra Smith and is not a part of BLT’s current 2012 season ticket package. It features debut performances by Baytown’s, and Highland’s, own Delene and Weston Cotten, whose over 41 years of marital happiness provides ample insight into the themes of romance and communication, and how this is sustained over a lifetime.
BLT’s current production of To Kill a Mockingbird runs through Sunday, October 14. Limited tickets may be available for the three remaining performances.
