Hello, Leasa. Thanks for checking for information on the classes. I've forwarded your contact information to John Morales who is teaching our classes and directing the spring youth activities. He will contact you to answer any questions.

Thank you,

My 50-year old daughter appeared in Gypsy as one of Baby June's news boys. This was many years ago. I'm very sure you never envisioned a life and career for my daughter of singing, dancing, puppeteering, and doing anything else necessary to bring children in both America and Thailand to Jesus. The start that BLT gave her led to Miss Baytown-Lee College, Miss Houston, other awards based on her talents, and after college and teacher certificates, she has appeared on television for children with language barriers. Theater teaches all of that. God knew she needed a push from BLT. I'm glad you were there to give it to her. Thank you for answering a mother's prayer. And it was fun as well.

My husband and I attended the July 16th performance of Roar of the Greasepaint....
We found it delightful and enjoyed the music and the enthusiastic, energetic performances of every single actor. Each person carried their part out in the minutest detail. It was wonderful. Neither of us had been to this play previously, so it was a surprise. The play was a multi-level entertainment and thought-provoking media. Though there were scenes and instances that were disturbing, as written in the play, those scenes, as well as all the light, entertaining scenes were wonderfully performed. Our congratulations to all who made this performance the success we feel it was.
We are sorry we missed "The Lost Tribe". I would have liked to have seen that. From the time I was an elementary student and seeing the photos of the horrors found by servicemen as they were winning the war against Germany, reading the book of Exodus, and incorporating the story of a mother and child on the way to Auschwitz for a high school original 15 minute performance for final grade, the Jewish people and their plight have haunted me. It disturbs me very much that some leaders and people in the world are trying to deny such a horrible event was perpetrated by evil leaders. I am glad that BLT chose to do such a play. I sincerely wish we could have seen this performance. As with all we have seen, I'm sure it had the same high quality we have found with all the performances we have seen at BLT. Thank you for all the dedication of all who perform and put on the plays. We sincerely enjoy them.
