Description
In World War II America, two families, the Archers and the Pringles, are at odds with each other. But when the Archer's son Lenny comes home and elopes with his girlfriend Mildred Pringle, it is up to Lenny's 15-yr-old sister Corliss to protect Mildred's secret pregnancy and the honor of both families.
She throws everybody off the trail by claiming to be pregnant herself, and blaming her friend Dexter (an innocent boy from the neighborhood who has a crush on Corliss).
As the Archers try desperately to hide their family scandal, Corliss and Dexter continue to mess things up and let the whole world know.
