Youth Workshops Continue

The Baytown Little Theater continues its youth summer theater workshops with a 2-week session for teen performers. This second session of the summer will begin Monday, June 18 and run for two weeks through Friday, June 29. Classes of the second session will be for youth who have completed grades seven through twelve. The classes will be each afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and the registration fee is $180.00.. These classes will also be held at Gentry Junior School, 1919 Archer Road. Fee includes all supplies, materials, snacks, and a camp t-shirt.

Classes will be taught by Carrie McRay, long-time BLT member and the Gentry Teacher of the Year. Carrie is known for her enthusiasm and getting young people excited about theater. Carrie is ably assisted by our summer intern, Megan Adams, a senior theatre major at Stephen F. Austin University who is spending her time with BLT this summer.

For registration and more information, call 281-424-7617 or send an email to manager@baytown.littletheater.org. Provide the child’s name and contact information. Or just show up at Gentry at the appointed time ready to have fun.
